Welcome to Extraordinary Poodles.

My dogs are from an exclusive line of Standards bred to be of Extra Large Size without sacrificing any of the qualities defined in the AKC's Breed Standard. I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle and grew up raising show livestock in the F.F.A. (Future Farmers of America). Among my projects were roaster hens, hogs, even a steer, but my passion was always for my lambs. Raising and breeding Standards in many ways is how I have been able to continue my love of raising and showing livestock. What I learned back then taught me how important Genetics are for a strong foundation to begin with. Also, that an excellent feeding program is vital for my dogs to reach their full potential. Finally, I learned everything I know about grooming from my agriculture teacher. I am proud to say I personally groom all of my own dogs.

Just as I was building the framework for the future I envisioned, my life was put on hold. July 2019 I suffered an injury to my spinal cord that left me paralyzed from my waist down. my second litter was only a couple of months old and half were still needing homes. They found homes by way of my then mentor. This was a great relief for my family as the focus was now on my recovery. The number one reason  was driven to not give up was my dogs. Life kept moving on and I came to realizations that I am still able to give them what they need to thrive and that my support system is there for helping me achieve each challenge that I face. I am proud to say that Extraordinary Poodles successfully Sired two litters in 2020. The results were nothing short of expectations. puppies can be seen at my Facebook page *soon to be featured here. I continue to groom all of my own dogs and keep in touch with families of past puppies. My happiness has always depended on having something good to do, and at Extraordinary Poodles there is plenty of that to go around.

I am taking deposits of $500 to hold spots for potential homes. AKC limited registration $2500. This price includes all age appropriate vaccinations, AKC reunite microchip, initial chiropractic evaluation & adjustment, and harness with leash. The poodles raised here in my Houston, Texas home are of proven tested parentage.
